So, we took a mini break here and it was sweet! My daughter loved the pool, she was all giggles! Dinner was awesome, I had the chicken alfredo and the kids’ menu was a cute touch. Staff was super friendly, really connected with her. Just wish breakfast had more options available, it felt kinda light.

The lodge offers generous space, staying incredibly clean, and has a cozy, basic design perfect for a group getaway. The spa and leisure center feature modern facilities, including treatment rooms that provide exceptional relaxation experiences.

Our stay was interrupted by loud music from a nearby function room, ruining what could've been a relaxing night. The food choices for gluten-free diets are limited, which left my friend with few options for dinner and breakfast. Additionally, the pressure in the shower was quite low and there was inconsistent heat, taking away from an otherwise pleasant experience.

We tried restaurant dining, but the service was really slow, and our food arrived incorrectly. Breakfast was fine but lacked variety for dietary preferences, particularly for those avoiding fried options. Staff seemed friendly but overwhelmed during peak times, leading to longer wait times for drinks, especially during dinner. The bar area had a good atmosphere, but we struggled to get service on occasion. Overall, the experience had its highlights, but service inconsistencies and the overcrowded pool impacted our stay.

The property was easy to reach with plenty of parking available. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me greatly, the room facilities were all up to par, and the breakfast selection was satisfying. The staff stood out for their friendliness. a cleaner quickly addressed our request for a TV remote.

The remote control issue should not have occurred during our stay.
